Shipping within Australia

We currently ship to all Australian states and territories, including regional and remote areas, via Australia Post and StarTrack. Orders are dispatched from Australia within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

*Estimates start from dispatch and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak periods (e.g. Christmas) and remote locations. Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.

International shipping

We do not currently ship outside Australia.

Returns & refunds

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you may return unopened, unused and unapplied products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return postage is at your cost unless the return is due to our error. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of hair extensions that have been opened, applied, worn, washed or altered, or of opened aftercare products.

Faulty or incorrect items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos.

How to start a return

Email hello@huextensions.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shade matching

Colours may appear different on screen. We strongly recommend requesting a shade sample before ordering. Opened extensions cannot be returned for colour mismatch.
