- Professional details provided with trade applications (salon name, ABN, qualifications, social handles)

Disclosure
We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as payment processors, couriers like Australia Post and StarTrack, email marketing and hosting providers), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information. Some providers may store data on servers outside Australia; where this occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the APPs.
Cookies and local storage
Our website uses your browser’s local storage to remember your shopping bag and whether you have dismissed a message, and a session cookie to keep approved professionals signed in. We may also use analytics or advertising cookies, which you can manage in your browser settings.
Security & retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. Trade account passwords are stored in hashed form. We keep personal information only as long as needed or as required by law.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information by emailing hello@huextensions.com.au. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Spam Act
We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Marketing emails are sent only with consent and every message contains an unsubscribe link.
